Central Social Welfare Board (CSWB) Schemes
Central Social Welfare Board (CSWB) is established by the Government of India under the Ministry of Women & Child Development. This is to support and promote social welfare activities throughout the country to help women, children and physically challenged people.
The main function of CSWB is to provide financial assistance to NGOs and other institutions working in various areas of social welfare and development. The schemes are designed to help women, children and physically challenged persons who are victims of exploitation, violence, family discord, or emotional disturbance. The CSWB also provides a safe place for the children of working mothers. The scheme to facilities like medical facilities, supplementary nutrition, and pre-primary education.

Functions of Central Social Welfare Board (CSWB)
